Opportunity Summary

Enerplus’ assets have been divided into two packages based on geography and operating synergies. Both packages offer low risk reserves that are predominantly proved and producing with unbooked upside.

Eastern Alberta

The Eastern Alberta package provides a diverse offering with the opportunity to acquire primarily operated and moderately low-decline oil and gas production. The package contains meaningful upside opportunities which include optimization, development drilling, infill drilling, recompletions, and waterflood and tertiary recovery.

SE Saskatchewan

The SE Saskatchewan offering provides the opportunity to acquire high netback oil and low-decline assets producing from the Midale formation. Attractive upside opportunities exist through drilling potential, waterflood implementation and the optimization of wells and facilities.
